クラウドケアについて｜ラジオで知った　　「新しい介護のかたち」

私がクラウドケアを知ったきっかけは、たまたま耳にしたラジオ番組でした。

「高齢者向けのサービスかな？」と思って聞いてたんだけど、調べてみると実は障害児の家庭でも利用できるということがわかりました。

家でのケアに悩む私たちのような家庭にとって、「必要な時に、必要なサポートを呼べる仕組み」というのは本当に心強いと思いました。

利用者登録をしてみた｜わかりやすい登録画面とすぐ届いた案内メール

実際にクラウドケアの公式サイトから利用者登録をしてみました。

登録中に少し操作で迷っていたのですが、その直後に丁寧な案内メールが届きました。
さらにその後にはとても丁寧な電話連絡もいただき、安心して登録を完了することができました。

まだサービスそのものは使っていませんが、対応の丁寧さだけで信頼できると感じたのが正直な感想です。

有料だけど安心感が大きい｜「いざという時」に備える選択肢

クラウドケアは有料のサービスですが、
私たちのような「重度知的障害＋難治性てんかん＋自閉症の双子」を育てている家庭にとって、
“いざという時に頼れる場所”があるという安心感はありがたいと感じます。

まだ利用前ですが、紹介しておきます（※個人の感想です）

現時点ではまだ実際にサービスを利用したわけではありませんが、
「登録体験と対応の印象」だけでも他の方に知ってもらいたいと感じたため、この記事を書きました。

At first, I thought it was just for elderly care, but after looking into it, I found out that it can also be used by families raising children with disabilities.

For families like ours who struggle with home care, it felt incredibly reassuring to know there’s a system where we can call for support when needed.

Trying the Registration｜Simple Screen and Quick Email Support

I decided to register as a user on the official CrowdCare website.

While I got a bit confused during the process, I soon received a very kind and helpful guidance email.
After that, I also got a very thoughtful phone call, which helped me complete the registration smoothly.

Although we haven’t used the service itself yet, the kindness and professionalism of their support gave me a sense of trust.

It’s Paid, but Offers Huge Peace of Mind

CrowdCare is a paid service.
But for families like us—raising twin girls with severe intellectual disabilities, intractable epilepsy, and autism—
just knowing that there’s a place we can rely on when the time comes brings tremendous peace of mind.
